Ich kann dieses Hotel leider überhaupt nicht empfehlen. Die Bilder in der Anzeige entsprachen aus meiner Sicht nicht der Realität. Das Zimmer, das uns angeboten wurde, war in einem sehr schlechten Zustand und die Betten waren ebenfalls eine große Enttäuschung. Am schlimmsten war jedoch das Verhalten des Hotelbesitzers. Als ich meine Unzufriedenheit angesprochen habe, reagierte er sehr aggressiv. Ich wurde beleidigt und hatte den Eindruck, dass die Situation jederzeit hätte eskalieren können. Ich habe mich dabei sehr unwohl und eingeschüchtert gefühlt. Ein respektvoller Umgang mit Gästen sollte selbstverständlich sein. Aufgrund meiner Erfahrung werde ich dieses Hotel nicht noch einmal besuchen und kann es leider auch nicht weiterempfehlen.
Hotel is near everywhere and has a beautiful outdoor area. Staff is so polite and helpful specially Mr. Ahmet is the best. Would stay here again definitely.
Ahmet looked after us so well for our 4 nights and made sure we were always comfortable and happy. The property is really well situated as being very close to the main part of town without being directly in it which is exactly what we wanted
