Отдыхали 7 дней, в целом неплохо. Завтраки были хорошие, спасибо. Обеды и ужины тоже не плохо, но не очень разнообразные. Расположение отеля понравилось, вид на горы, рядом магазины, пляж примерно в 5-7 минутах. В номерах убирали каждый день, в общественных зонах более-менее нормально. Обслуживающий персонал был приветлив, отзывчив. Приятно удивила развлекательна программа. Живая музыка, игры и физкультура. Зона возле бассейна достаточно большая. В целом все было хорошо.
К отелю с главной дороги нет ночного освещения, если не знаешь где отель, его просто не видно с дороги. В туалетах в общественных помещениях все время заканчивалась бумага и нужно было просить, чтобы добавили. В номере в ванной комнате не работала вытяжка, все время запотевало во время душа, не говоря уже о запахе после туалета. В номерах пахнет сыростью, соответственно, так как вентиляция не работает. Очень маленький был балкончик. Отдыхала с мужем. На запрос о двухспальной кровати не отреагировали, две кровати ставили рядом и по середине всегда была дыра, т.к. кровати разъезжались. Хотя второй номер бронировали для двух женщин и одна не приехала, а номер дали с двухспальной кроватью. Полотенца и постельное старые с дырками. Отдельная история с полотенцами для пляжа и бассейна. Их не меняют каждый день, только три раза в неделю. При просьбе сменить, услышала массу информации о графике смены полотенец.
