We use this hotel when we travel to Istanbul, it’s nice hotel, great breakfast
AC and internet did not work
No internet in the room (horrible coverage); had to go down to the lobby to get anything done Every night, around 1AM or 2AM, the AC went out; it came back ON around 8:30AM or so; could not sleep at all, for most of the night, which ruined our holiday Horrible hotel amenities, rude managers, etc Thank God this is over; worst trip ever with the family
