Hava soğuk olmasına rağmen klima çalışmıyordu, usuyerek konakladım. Mevsim geçişlerinde merkezi isitmayi calistirmiyorlarmis. Bu uygulamalari yüzünden otelin olumlu yonlerinin bir onemi kalmıyor.

Suaberes geräumiges Zimmer. Frühstücksbuffet für aber leider nicht beschriftet. Man weiss nicht was was ist und auch keine Informationen für Allergiker oder Diabetiker.
Pool schließt früh und wird wohl Fremdbetrieben. Rezeption konnte keine Reservierung für Massage vornehmen und nicht mal in den SPA Bereich telefonisch verbinden. Man könne nur die Telefonnummer weitergeben, mehr ginge leider nicht ...
