✓Room was nice and clean, breakfast was really nice and hotel vibes were nice.

!AC did not work in any room, and staff did not accomodate at all. They did not change room as all rooms ACs barely work and when we called reception they said its not their responsibility and there was no other staff available. NOT RECOMMENDED!

✓Honestly, this is one of the worst properties I’ve ever stayed at, and I genuinely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Before my arrival, I messaged the property to explain that I have difficulty sleeping and specifically requested a room on a quiet floor. On the day of my arrival, my flight was delayed, but I still followed up with the property to remind them of my request. I was told that my preference had been noted. However, when I arrived, I was given a room on the ground floor, where the noise from cars passing outside was so loud that I couldn’t sleep all night. I spoke to a member of staff at the front desk that evening to explain the situation and request a room change. I was told that no other rooms were available and that I should return the following day. When I returned the next day, the front desk staff seemed confused about the situation, despite me having already discussed it with their colleague the night before. Eventually, I was moved to a room on the seventh floor, but unfortunately, this did not resolve all my concerns. For a hotel located in the city centre, you would expect the windows to be soundproof, especially considering the early morning noise from the call to prayer at around 5:30 a.m. However, the windows provided little to no sound insulation, making it difficult to get a proper night’s sleep. Furthermore, the room I was moved to was a connecting room, meaning there was a door directly connecting my room to the room next door. I found this extremely concerning from a privacy and security perspective, as it made me feel unsafe. The lack of communication between staff members, the failure to accommodate my initial request for a quiet room, the inadequate sound insulation and the security concerns with the connecting room made my stay extremely unpleasant. I would not recommend this property, and I certainly wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

✓We loved the breakfast and also close to the tram but could the food could have a bit more differential sweet treats such as bakery and cereals but was all good would go back again

!most staff didnt speak english and we had a curfew had to be back by 23:00pm and couldn't stay out longer so not good

✓I never had breakfast but i had evening meal it was nice
