✓Very friendly staff, particularly the breakfast staff

✓- The hotel is in a great neighbourhood: close to the main sights, sea, and plenty of good and affordable restaurants and shops. - The view from the breakfast room and our bedroom was fantastic - The reception and breakfast staff were friendly and polite - The AC is very quiet, we could keep it on all night without being disturbed by its noise

!- The drain in our bathtub was clogged and I had to ask 3 times before it was cleaned - The interior decor and equipment were worn-out and did not look well maintained - Some towels and blankets had stains on them - Wi-fi was a bit patchy for a couple of days - The breakfast was mediocre with terrible coffee - The soundproofing is very poor, many times I was woken up by neighbours' alarm
