La ubicación era buena
El departamento que nos dieron no era el de las fotos. Pagamos por un balcón con vista y habitaciones luminosas y nos han dado uno en planta baja, con las habitaciones subsuelo (eran dos cuevas), puertas rotas y hasta encontramos cucarachas. Lo peor fue que cuando intentamos comentárselo a Tatyana, no solo se hizo la desentendida culpando a Booking, tampoco mostró empatía ni intención de solucionar la situación. La experiencia fue realmente decepcionante y muy diferente a lo que esperábamos según las fotos y la puntuación del alojamiento. Sinceramente, no entendemos cómo puede tener una calificación de 9.1
Tatyana était à notre disposition pour nous conseiller tout au long de notre séjour et réactive en cas de questions L'appartement est spacieux La literie est vraiment incroyable La clim' dans chaque pièce est vraiment un super plus, tout comme la présence d'une machine à laver et du lave-vaisselle L'immeuble est proche de la vieille ville à 15/20min à pied et à 5min à pied de la station de tram, également facilement desservi par les taxis Le quartier est sûr Un grand merci également au personnel de ménage, passant à l'heure convenu pendant le séjour et rendant un appartement super
Excellent stay at A Old Town! The apartment was clean, comfortable, well equipped and very well located, close to the Old Town. A special thank you to Tatyana, who was absolutely wonderful throughout our stay. She is extremely kind, welcoming and always available to help. She gave us useful advice, helped us organize transportation and was always quick to respond whenever we needed anything. Her kindness and professionalism really made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you so much, Tatyana, for everything! 😊🙏 Highly recommended!
