Our stay at 216 Eagle Palace Suite in Istanbul was extremely disappointing because the hotel falsely suggested that two triple rooms could be arranged together despite having only one per floor, the supposedly non-smoking rooms were heavily saturated with cigarette smoke, the location was unsuitable for families, communication was very difficult, the bathroom was broken, the bedding had holes, the furniture had burn marks, and the smoke smell was so strong that even our clothes and belongings still smelled of cigarettes after we returned home.
