-nice little apartment -comfortable bed -good internet -cute staff -lots of storage
-some equipment is worn out (broken interior door, rusty washing machine, loose shower rod) -you can smell the smoke even though the apartment was non-smoking -thin walls, someone's phone vibrated for a long time in the morning, woke me up -breakfast not available on site
